Desiree
Desiree has chased beauty her whole life, from sunrises to drawing and photography. Art had always been an integral part of her life, but the lens shift from hobby to career happened as soon as flowers entered the picture. With the first placement of a stem into an arrangement, everything came together, and Desiree knew this was an art form that resonated with her entire being. From that moment forward, she was committed to learning as much as she could and furthering her education and passion to constantly expand what she thought was possible to build with her art.
Eight years into this business, and Desiree feels humbled and grateful for it all.
As a designer, she takes so much care and attention in the relationships with her clients. It’s paramount to Desiree to make sure that you feel at ease, heard, seen and understood so that the process of collaboration is both fun and effortless.

Alessandra
Alessandra’s road to the floral design industry had many twists and turns. Her career began as a merchandiser for an e-commerce store where she designed for 10 years. After a while, the passion that she once had for the business was no longer there. She felt like there was something missing in her life and was searching to fill this void. In walked Desiree (her wedding florist who quickly turned into a friend), who was looking for someone to join the her team. It felt like all the stars had aligned, and it was meant to be! She decided to take the leap by quitting her corporate job to join Desiree’s team.
She has always had a creative mind and her talent is natural, so with Desiree’s teaching she continues to build on her skills. Moving into her second year taking on her own events under Desiree, she has broadened her capabilities and proven herself a strong presence in the floral design community. If you get the opportunity to have Alessandra be your wedding florist, be prepared to have a one of a kind event with a life long friendship built in.
Nicole
Being that Nicole is Desiree’s right hand woman in life, it made perfect sense that she would be on her team in business as well. In the early days of their relationship, when Desiree needed help on an event, Nicole tried her hand and it turned out she was actually pretty good at designing. This led to helping more in shop and on events, which led to helping more with back-end business work like budgeting and finances, which has now turned into her becoming an integral part of the Desiree Dean Designs team.
Nicole deeply appreciates beauty, color, and true love, and enjoys combining it all in her designs. She pays attention to detail, and will make sure your special day feels just as it should: special.
