Avon by the sea is the most romantic location to say “I do”. With the sound of the waves crashing and the echoing of the breeze, there is no truer location of love than by the sea. Kira and Jack were married here at The Columns on September 14th, 2019.
Kira and Jack planned their day perfectly. With touches of sentiment everywhere. For florals Kira chose peach and ivory and pale yellow tones. For Jack and the groomsmen we chose pops of blue thistle and nigella. This color palette was one of our favorites from 2019. These tones pair so nicely together and compliment the location perfectly.
The ceremony location was inside the Avon Pavilion. A romantic scene as guests witnessed Kira and Jack say I do. Above the couple we chose to add floral embellishments to the corners of the pavilion. After the vows guests went to The Columns for the reception. This 1800’s colonial style restaurant has been holding private events for decades. Its the perfect location for a non conventional event with ocean views. For decor we opted for copper toned candle holders with lots of candlelight and florals. We also had long garlands of florals and greens mixed with succulents. Live music was played and guests danced the night away.
This day was truly special to be apart of and witness. Jack and Kira are two of the kindest people we have had the pleasure of working with. I hope when you celebrate your anniversary that you enjoy that same view, by the sea.
