Megan and Mike

Our couple said “I do” on September 27th, 2019 at Perona Farms in Andover NJ. Nestled in a beautiful serene area of northern New Jersey. The venue location was the perfect setting for Megan and Mikes celebration.

The planner AMV Weddings was fantastic at ensuring the day ran smoothly. The photographer Pat Furey Photo and Martin Weddings on videography helped capture the day perfectly for our couple.

The Ceremony

Guests walked to a wooded area across from the venue where the ceremony took place. Here lots of elements created the feeling of love. Beautiful mirrors adorned with love notes hand drawn by Lisa Marie Writes. A beautiful arbor of lush greens, ranunculus, larkspur and delphinium. Leading Megan to Mike to say I do was an entire aisle of flower petals. The ceremony was tearful and full of sweet moments. The two reminisced of the memories they’ve had together over the years leading up to this moment.

The Bridal Party

Megan wore a couture gown by Stephen Yearick with long bell sleeves. The gown had lovely floral details, intricate and beautiful. To finish the look, a stunning crown of jewels by Tilly Thomas Lux. Her hair done by Boho Hair Salon and Makeup by Looks by Katiness. The Groom wore a dark hunter green suit custom designed by Fino Customs. Bridesmaids had florals of hand tied bouquets with beach grass tinted pink. The groomsmen wore white and blush floral boutonnieres.

In the cocktail hour area, a large tree adorned with names hung from ribbons. In the reception area, copper table numbers and a copper tandem bicycle for guests cards was created by the couple. The band Around Town Entertainment and Spinners Entertainment kept guests busy dancing all night.

Sweetheart Table

The sweetheart table was designed with the feeling of the couple being in a secret hideaway. We built a copper structure that was covered in draping greens and florals. Behind the copper stand, a neon sign stating “The Groffs”. Guests were in awe of the moment Megan and Mike created here, it was truly a sight to see.

Centerpiece designs

There were four centerpiece designs in the reception area; To start, high grand pieces on copper stands built for the couple. The florals and greens resembling nature and bringing the feeling of the ceremony into the reception space; Next a garland of blush tinted beach grass and light pink taper candles; A low compote arrangement over flowing with greens and florals; A table of all candlelight to help bring the warm glow of that amber lighting to the evening.

The day was a dream with lots of details and love. Megan and Mike describe this day as the best day of their lives. For all of us that took part in making this day happen, thats the exact words we love to hear. Megan and Mike mean the world to me and my family. Our experience together has changed my life forever in the best way possible. Love and many blessings to you both.
